Access Statement

Introduction
Llwynfor is a 1920's house over three floors with two new ground floor extensions. Built on the side of Rhiw mountain, set into the slope, there are steps leading up to every entrance at the front. Because of this and the age of the house, unfortunately Llwynfor isn't suitable for wheel chair users.

Llwynfor is fitted with mains operated smoke alarms that switch to battery power in a power cut. It is also fitted with emergency lights in certain locations throughout the house. It is wired in a way that means a tripswitch is activated with any electrical fault or problem.
